  • We will ask you for the floor plans, references to materials, and inspiration images. The more detail you provide upfront, the closer Draft 1 will be to your vision.

    We will need a signed copy of a work contract and an initial deposit of 50% so that we are both committed to the project from the beginning.

  • Yes, we can create both day and night lighting versions of any rendering. Each lighting version is priced as a separate rendering—$499 for interior day view, $499 for interior night view, $699 for exterior day view, $699 for exterior night view. Many clients find night renderings great for showcasing outdoor lighting and ambiance.

  • Yes, we can match specific design styles, competitor renderings, Pinterest boards, or inspiration images you provide. Share your aesthetic references during project kickoff and we'll match the look, materials, lighting, and overall feel.

    Once we start the project, the first phase is the modeling phase.
    We will model the project and send some clay images with lighting so that the client can choose the camera angle they like best. These camera views can be modified as well in this phase.
