How are 3D rendering prices calculated?
At trim we calculate the price of 3D still renderings by taking into account the amount of architectural renderings and the type:

3D Architectural walkthroughs have a price per second of animation. Each second takes about 24-30 renderings per second. It is more resource intensive.
3D virtual tours are priced by the spaces that will be included in the tour. If it’s a small property then less resources will be needed.
We won’t calculate based on square feet or if it's a commercial or residential project.

$499 for Interior renderings and $699 for exterior renderings. Volume discounts available: 2 Interior renderings for $900 ($450 each), 3 Interior for $1,200 ($400 each), 4+ receive custom volume pricing.

The 3D modeling phase is the most resource consuming. After the model is complete, less resources are needed for additional views, so we pass those savings to you through volume discounts.

Our rendering price includes 2 draft versions and 1 final high-resolution image at 6K resolution. Custom furniture and vegetation placement, professional lighting, and photorealistic materials. No hidden fees or surprise charges.

Initial fee of 50%. This helps us cover initial costs and ensures both parties are committed to the project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final renderings.

We accept 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon delivery. We don't currently offer extended payment plans, but we accept multiple payment methods including Zelle, Venmo and wire transfer.

No. Most 3D models clients provide need extra work done to them to achieve our rendering quality standards. We typically need to rebuild geometry, add proper materials, optimize lighting, and fix modeling errors and process the render, which takes similar time to starting from scratch.

If the quality of the 3D photorealistic rendering is equal to ours, then yes we can price match.

Yes — we can add as many renderings as you need.

If work has been done, then the deposit is not refundable. The reason for the deposit is to pay for all the resources employed to generate the initial work.
