These terms apply when you use our website or hire Trim Render LLC for 3D rendering services. By working with us or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
Trim Render LLC provides 3D architectural rendering services including interior renderings, exterior renderings, walkthroughs, virtual tours, aerial renderings, and floor plans.
All work is done in-house at our Miami Beach studio.
Project agreements
Quotes and scope:
Every project starts with a written quote. The scope, deliverables, and price are agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope after approval may affect the timeline or cost — we'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Files and references:
You are responsible for providing accurate project files (floor plans, site photos, reference images). Errors in the final rendering caused by incorrect or incomplete files provided by the client are not covered under revisions.
Revisions:
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Requests outside that scope are billed separately.
Turnaround:
Standard delivery is 2-3 business days for most rendering types. Rush timelines are available on request and may carry an additional fee.
Payments
Once a project is paid in full, you own the rendered images and may use them freely — for marketing, presentations, permits, social media, or any other purpose.
Trim Render LLC reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Limitations
We deliver photorealistic representations based on the files and references provided. Renderings are not construction documents. Actual built results may vary.
Trim Render LLC is not liable for decisions made based on rendered images, including but not limited to construction, investment, or permitting decisions.
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
